Studyio for Schools: Alberta Math for Classrooms

Bring Studyio to your classroom. Pinpoint which math topics each student is struggling with, all privacy-first. No marking. No student data.

What is Studyio for Schools?

Studyio for Schools is the classroom edition of Studyio, an Alberta curriculum-aligned math platform covering Grade 9 Math, Math 10C, Math 20-1, Math 30-1. Students work through voice-narrated lessons, auto-graded quizzes, unit tests and exam prep (PAT, final exams, and the Diploma), while teachers get a dashboard that shows class-wide and per-student weak spots: down to the topic inside each unit, automatically.

A teacher dashboard that tells you what to teach next

The dashboard surfaces class and individual weak spots automatically as students practice. Walk in tomorrow knowing exactly which topic to re-teach, and to whom. Every lesson, quiz and unit test is auto-graded, and it works on Chromebooks, iPads and phones.

Auto-generated student accounts. Zero student data.

Studyio auto-generates a username and password for each student. You hand them out. We don't collect student emails or any personal information, so there is very little for a privacy review to assess, which is the step that stalls other tools: no emails, no PII, no third-party tracking, and data lives in Canada. Up and running in under 10 minutes, no procurement cycle, no data-sharing agreement.

Simple per-student pricing

Schools pay per student, no hidden tiers, no platform fee, and volume pricing scales with your school size. Every school license includes unlimited lessons, quizzes and unit tests, PAT, final exam and Diploma prep, the teacher dashboard with diagnostics, auto-generated student accounts, and email support with onboarding.

Studyio doesn't collect student emails, names, or any personally identifiable information: teachers hand out auto-generated usernames, and account data is stored in Canada with no third-party advertising trackers. How do students sign in?

With an auto-generated username and password. When a teacher creates a class, Studyio generates credentials for every student in seconds, no student emails, no Google accounts, and no parent signup forms. Students go to studyio.ca, log in, and land in their course. It works on Chromebooks, iPads, and phones.

How much does Studyio cost per student?

How does the free pilot work?

We spin up one class for free so you can see the dashboard working with your real students, no purchase order, no commitment, and nothing to install. Book a 15-minute demo by emailing hello@studyio.ca, and your class can be practicing the same week.

What does the teacher dashboard show?

Class-wide and per-student weak spots, down to the topic inside each unit, surfaced automatically as students work. Every lesson, quiz, and unit test is auto-graded, so you walk in knowing exactly which topic to re-teach and to whom, without marking anything yourself.

What if our school network blocks Studyio?

Studyio runs entirely in the browser, nothing to install, so unblocking is usually a quick allowlist request for studyio.ca to your division's IT team. If your division needs vendor or privacy documentation before approving, email hello@studyio.ca and we'll provide what the review requires.
